Case #4: 22 year old university student with unilateral decrease in vision on routine check up.

The patient discussed below has been seen at the UVa clinics.
 
History:           
                     22 year old university student (KG) presented to our clinic for yearly check up for 
            contact lens change. She reported a hx of “lazy eye” secondary to a scar, and relates the 
            incident to contact lens wear.
External and slit exam:
                     
•       Vision (cc):
               OD=20/20 
•               OS= 20/200 
•       Full motility/ ortho OU
•       IOP Nl OU
•       +ve APD on the Lt
•       Nl A/S
