History:
12 year-old boy whose parents are seeking a second opinion for his poor vision in the right eye noted 3 years ago. He has been followed up by an ophthalmologist who initially started him on a course of PO antibiotics presuming it was toxoplasmosis.

OD=20/70
•
OS= 20/20
•
Full motility/ ortho OU
•
Pupils equal and reactive: no APD
•
Normal A/S
