Case #6: 20 year old girl with bilateral decrease in vision over few months.

History:
           

              20 year-old girl who presented with decreased visual acuity noticed mainly over the previous  
few months during night driving. She has no other ocular complaints, and she has no previous medical
history. Family history is negative for ocular or medical diseases.

Exam:

Vision 20 /40 OU
Normal anterior segment
Fundus:  Multiple small shiny refractile bodies over posterior pole.

Differential Diagnosis
      Bietti's Corneoretinal Dystrophy or Crystalline Retinopathy
      Particulate Retinopathy
      Drug- Induced Crystalline Maculopathy :  Methoxyflurane (Ca-oxalate) Retinopathy
      Tamoxiphen Maculopathy...
      Pseudoretinitis Pigmentosa
