Case #8: 25 year-old man  with unilateral decrease in vision of few days duration.

History

25 year-old man  presented to our ER with decrease in vision in the right eye of few days duration.
Further history taking revealed  that he received blunt trauma  to his right eye by a tennis ball 2 weeks prior to presentation. No other significant medical or surgical history .

Ophthalmologic exam

Vision OD= 20/200 , no APD ,   pressure very low ( IOP=0-2 mmHg)
VOS=20/20
Cornea  clear, no folds or edema seen. 
Anterior chamber was deep and quiet, no cells or flare seen.
Fundus exam: 


Chorioretinal folds around the optic nerve head and radiating from the fovea.
