Case #9: 40 year-old male with mild blurring of vision and mild metamorphopsia in both eyes

History

40 year-old healthy gentleman  presented with mild blurring of vision and mild metamorphopsia in both eyes . His  symptoms have been present for more than a year but have been ignored.
No other ocular complaints. No previous medical or ocular history.
Paternal uncle and 55 year old- brother  reported to  have ocular disease.


Ophthalmologic exam

Vision 20/40 OU
No APD
Color vision and Amsler grid are normal
SLE:  Normal anterior segment and lens
Fundus exam: 

Differential Diagnosis

Age-related   Macular Degeneration
Fundus Flavimaculatus ( Stargardt's Disease)
Retinitis  Punctata Albescens
Best's Vitelliform Dystrophy
Sorsby's Fundus Dystrophy
Dominant Drusen
